We welcome organizations who support inclusion and acceptance of individuals of all abilities to join us and share their work.
Your participation will enhance our mission to increase awareness of the many talents and interests of individuals with disabilities, as well as of many local services and organizations that support the very important and meaningful contribution of people of all abilities in the life of our community.
As a vendor, you will be responsible for all the materials and supports that will make up your station, including tables, chairs, tent, informational materials, items or food for sale. You will also be responsible for set up, and clean up afterward, including taking your trash with you at the end of the day. Venders should check in at the town common no later than 9:30 am to set up and plan on cleaning up around 1 pm.
Your participation is important to the success of the day, therefore there is no fee to vendors. We approve the sale of snacks to the BW participants, and, if representing an organization, to consider sponsoring a team to participate in the walk itself.
If you would like to be a vendor please contact us to reserve your space. We look forward to your participation in this very wonderful community event!
Sincerely,
Jim Nicholson
